Products may be returned within 30 days of product delivery with prior approval. All items have to be returned in new condition (ie screw packs intact, never installed or used) and must have all original packaging intact. Keyed items returned are subject to a $3.00 per cylinder rekeying charge. All items are subject to a 20% restocking free. Shipping charges are not refundable.
If a product is received with a manufacturers defect, customers may be referred to the manufacturer for warranty replacement or we may supply appropriate parts to remedy the problem.
